Shipping policy

 

“Note for U.S. Customers: Your order may be subject to import tariffs/duties charged by U.S. Customs. These fees are not included in our pricing and must be paid before delivery. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order.”

All orders placed by 1pm EST will be shipped the same business day. 

However, we do not offer same day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched on Monday, as we will not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery services as an option.

A confirmation with the tracking number will be provided via email once it has been processed.

During busy periods and holidays, delivery might be delayed somewhat. Please know we will work hard to keep delays to a minimum.

We ship all orders via UPS Expedited at no cost.  Transit time can be up to 4 days in the Continental USA.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties or other fees imposed by your government. We are not responsible for any duties or other associated import fees that your country may impose. All such fees are your responsability, and are not included in the shipping charges. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.

We are not responsible for packages held or denied by Customs in any destination country. The customer is reponsible for the full order price and shipping cost should any package be held or denied by Customs. Should you refuse the package because of duty fees that my be associated with it or for any other reason, you are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order.

Undelivered packages

A package may be undelivered due to several reasons:

  • The address provided may be incorrect - please double-check the details when placing your order.
  • Several failed delivery attempts - our couriers will usually make more than one attempt to deliver your package, after that the package will be sent to your local depot. You will be notified by the courier of the location.
  • Local depot - if after several days you have not picked up your package or notified your local depot, your package will be sent back to us.
  • Damaged in transit - our couriers will not attempt to deliver a damaged package, it will be sent right back to us. We will notify you and send out a replacement immediately.
  • We will attempt to contact you if we receive your package as undelivered, if we are unable to reach you, we will process a refund (excluding delivery charges).
  • None of the above information or conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer when goods are supplied faulty, or not as described. Consult the Return Policy below.
